A warming, nourishing herbal tea that supports digestion, detoxification, and cozy seasonal rituals. With rooibos, warming spices, and supportive roots, this caffeine-free tea is as delicious as it is functional — perfect for fall, winter, or anytime you need a grounding cup.

A Nourishing Herbal Ritual

Warming, nourishing, and gently spiced, TLC is the ideal beverage for snuggling up on a cool day. It's lovely on its own or transformed into a creamy, decadent treat with milk and a touch of sweetness. During warmer months, it can also be served chilled or over ice for a refreshing herbal tonic.

The Healing Components of this Blend

Rooibos forms the base of this herbal blend, offering its smooth, earthy character. Red rooibos, which is fermented, further deepens the body of the tea. Ginger, cinnamon, clove, and cardamom bring warmth, while burdock, dandelion, and milk thistle add their healing and nutritive attributes.

Rooibos is full of antioxidants and flavonoids; studies show it may increase glutathione and support balanced cortisol and blood pressure levels.

Dandelion is high in antioxidant activity, supports healthy glucose and cardiovascular function, and has been shown to have liver-protective qualities. It is also nutrient-dense, packed with vitamins and minerals.

Burdock contains fructooligosaccharides that nourish gut bacteria, leading to improved digestion, assimilation, and absorption of nutrients. It also appears to protect the liver, balance inflammation, and support healthy glucose and lipid levels.

Milk thistle has a long history of traditional use supporting the liver, gallbladder, and kidneys, as well as overall health and well-being.

Together, this blend brings:

  • Antioxidants and a smooth, earthy base from rooibos
  • Warming spices (ginger, cinnamon, clove, cardamom) that support circulation and digestion
  • Dandelion, burdock, and milk thistle for deep nutritive and liver-supportive properties

The Mindful Cuppa

The cooler months invite us inward — to slow down, reflect, and nourish ourselves more deeply. Preparing tea becomes more than a task; it becomes a ritual.

As you prepare this blend, take a moment to pause. Notice the aroma, the warmth, and the quiet rhythm of the process. Even a few deep breaths can help shift the body into a more relaxed state, supporting the nervous system and overall well-being.

True health begins from within. While herbs are powerful allies, they work best when paired with mindful living, rest, nourishment, and care.
